Souffle (1)

It means to puff up in French. I have had tons of imaginations about this famous dish/dessert ever since I first met this word in a novel around 4 years ago. What is that novel about? I have no idea now.

It was till last week that I learnt Panera Bread actually started to offer Souffle evrey morning before 10:30. It was a pity that I came there at noon that time. However tomorrow no matter what happens, i will be there to try the legenday French course.
