Souffle (2)

9:00Am, I was sitting at Panera Bread and examing the first Souffle in my life, :P

I should say, that spinach bacon Souffle served as breakfast, has satisfied my expectation; however, for authentic french bakery, it is a NO. It is more like scrambled eggs and bacon wraped in pastry puff.

well, after doing research on tons of recipes, I believe there will be a place which may offer more original Souffle in the future. And that will be waters' kichen.
